We’re Makin’ Waves may collect fees for late cancellations and no shows. Our stylists work on commission and their income comes directly from the beauty services that they provide for our guests. Late cancellations and missed appointments dramatically impact their income, as well as effect overall business when we turn away other appointment requests from times that have already been reserved.
We’re Makin’ Waves truly values your business and hopes that you will understand our position in this sensitive situation.
We're Makin' Waves requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment We're Makin' Waves requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No show's are included under this policy. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.
We reserve the right to request clients to reschedule for arrivals 15 minutes or more past scheduled appointment time. This will be at the stylists discretion and fees may apply.
Please note that this is a COURTESY. It is the clients responsibility to know when the appointment date and time is scheduled for. In the event that we leave a message, are not able to reach you or you do not receive your email it is not salons responsibility and fees will apply.
All returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase. If purchase was made outside of a service appointment and we cannot track the purchase it must be accompanied by a receipt. Unopened and not used products made within the two week time frame will be accepted no questions asked.
If you are not happy with a hair product purchase made from a professional recommendation of your stylist, we will accept it within the 2 week time frame.
Cosmetics and skincare retail purchases are FINAL sale. We will accept defective product with the time limit. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We're Makin' Waves stylists take the quality of their work very seriously. In the event that you are unhappy with your service we will do everything we can to make you happy. It is preferred that you see the same stylist to give them the opportunity to correct the problem and learn from the experience. If you are unwilling to see the same stylist we will be happy to accommodate your request with another stylist.
Do over requests must be made within a 2 week time frame. Any do-over requests past the 2 week time frame will result in at least a partial charge.
Management will work with you for any reasonable requests. We DO NOT offer cash refunds.
